[2Th 2:1-4, 6-12 NKJV] 1 Now, brethren, concerning the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ and our gathering together to Him, we ask you, 2 not to be soon shaken in mind or troubled, either by spirit or by word or by letter, as if from us, as though the day of Christ had come. 3 Let no one deceive you by any means; for [that Day will not come] unless the falling away comes first, and the man of sin is revealed, the son of perdition, 4 who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called God or that is worshiped, so that he sits as God in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God. … 6 And now you know what is restraining, that he may be revealed in his own time. 7 For the mystery of lawlessness is already at work; only He who now restrains [will do so] until He is taken out of the way. 8 And then the lawless one will be revealed, whom the Lord will consume with the breath of His mouth and destroy with the brightness of His coming. 9 The coming of the [lawless one] is according to the working of Satan, with all power, signs, and lying wonders, 10 and with all unrighteous deception among those who perish, because they did not receive the love of the truth, that they might be saved. 11 And for this reason God will send them strong delusion, that they should believe the lie, 12 that they all may be condemned who did not believe the truth but had pleasure in unrighteousness.
The coalition of ISIS, Iraq, Syria, Iran, Turkey, Russia, Jordan, PLO,  EU, and Babylon will attack Israel.

Rev 13:7 And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations.

http://www.wnd.com/2014/09/saudi-cleric-isis-soldiers-must-kill-their-commanders/  Saudi Muslim cleric has bad news for members of the Muslim terror gang ISIS, also called Islamic State: They’re going to “hellfire.” The cleric warns that ISIS members are “apostates.”

Rev 17:1Then one of the seven angels who had the seven bowls came and talked with me, saying to me, “Come, I will show you the judgment
 {Chap 18} of the great harlot {17:5 MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND OF THE ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH}{ the woman whom you saw is that great city which reigns over the kings of the earth.”Babylon”} who sits on many waters {15 Then he said to me, “The waters which you saw, where the harlot sits, are peoples, multitudes, nations, and tongues.}{the kings and the inhabitants of the earth}{Rev 12:3And there appeared another wonder in heaven; and behold a great red dragon, having seven heads and ten horns, and seven crowns upon his heads. 9And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.} {Rev 20:2 And he laid hold on the dragon, that old serpent, which is the Devil, and Satan, and bound him a thousand year}

3 So he carried me away in the Spirit into the wilderness. And I saw a woman {17:5 MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND OF THE ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH}{18 the woman whom you saw is that great city which reigns over the kings of the earth.”Babylon} sitting on a scarlet beast {2 the kings of the earth} [which was] full of names of blasphemy, having seven heads and ten horns. {12 “The ten horns which you saw are ten kings who have received no kingdom as yet, but they receive authority for one hour as kings with the beast.}{Rev 12:3.9And there appeared another wonder in heaven; and behold a great red dragon, having seven heads and ten horns, and seven crowns upon his heads. And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.} {Rev 20:2 And he laid hold on the dragon, that old serpent, which is the Devil, and Satan, and bound him a thousand year}

8″I was considering the horns, and there was another horn, a little one, coming up among them, before whom three of the first horns were plucked out by the roots. And there, in this horn, [were] eyes like the eyes of a man, and a mouth speaking pompous words.

15 Then he said to me, “The waters which you saw, where the harlot sits, are peoples, multitudes, nations, and tongues.

Turkey, Iran, Iraq (Babylon), Syria, Qatar, Jordan, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Egypt, Libya  corresponding to the ten toes of the image.} until the words of God are fulfilled.
18 “And the woman whom you saw is that great city which reigns over the kings of the earth.” {17:5 MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND OF THE ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH}1/5/16 http://www.timesofisrael.com/in-the-iran-saudi-arabia-conflict-a-clash-of-civilizations/ The cold war between the two regional powers is likely to heat up, reviving an age-old sectarian war between Sunni and Shiite Islam in which every country and group in the Middle East will have to choose a side.
Consider the list: Lebanon, where for more than a year and a half there has been no president, partly because of the tension between Saudi Arabia and Iran; Yemen, where a civil war is being waged with the direct intervention of Saudi forces and Iranian advisers; Syria, of course, where Iran’s Revolutionary Guards are fighting militias funded by Riyadh; Iraq (which is in many ways similar to Syria in that regard); and even the West Bank, where the Iranians give financial support to the Islamic Jihad, to the A-Sabireen movement in Gaza and, to a limited extent, to Hamas.
And indeed, nearly all the actors in the Middle Eastern arena now understand that the Iranian declarations are not hollow and that Tehran will try to give them substance in the form of an attack on the Saudi kingdom.
Any revenge attack via Shiite actors will draw a Saudi response. Which means, as the London-based site Al Araby Al Jadeed wrote Monday, the cold war will heat up suddenly into a more much more dangerous confrontation between the two countries.
It has to be said that this crisis, which is likely to lead to a clash of the two civilizations, Shiite and Sunni, does not come as much of a shock.
Hamas is not alone. From now on, the name of the game in our region is that every country or organization will have to choose a side. The Israeli-Arab conflict no longer interests decision-makers in Riyadh or Cairo; rather the battle for the future of the Middle East between Shiites and Sunnis occupies center stage.
Almost 1,400 years have passed since the first battles broke out within the Muslim world between the inheritors of the Prophet Muhammad, which led to the schism between Shiites and Sunnis, and it seems little has changed here: We are returning to the same very old sectarian war, which is likely to lead to severe ongoing bloodshed that will once again shape the face of the region.
If Saudi Arabia is Babylon and this latest news reflects the war coming, is it time Rev 17,18 to be fulfilled? Perhaps it is time to reveal the ‘beast’, the leader of the end times called the anti-Christ.

*12/26/16 http://www.jpost.com/Arab-Israeli-Conflict/Analysis-Will-the-UN-resolution-help-spur-a-full-ICC-war-crimes-probe-476487 How does the UN Security Council resolution declaring Israel’s settlements and buildings in the West Bank and east Jerusalem as illegal impact International Criminal Court Prosecutor Fatou Bensouda’s decision about whether to dive deeper into the Israeli-Palestinian conflict? It is clear that UNSC Resolution 2334 was a disaster diplomatically, as well as from a public relations angle, and that Israel is living in a new more hostile world than it was prior to Friday.
Simply put, diplomatically, such a UNSC resolution might be worse than any ICC criminal case.
But even in the worst case scenario and this new hostile world, the damage legally is also far more contained than people may realize.
While the non-judicial UNSC calls the entire settlement enterprise of hundreds of thousands of people illegal, Bensouda’s examination from the start has been limited to events which occurred after November 29, 2012 – when the UNGA declared “Palestine” a state.
Libman pointed out that all of the worst language against the settlements in the UNSC resolution is basically word-for-word from three UNSC resolutions from 1979-1980. Saying the settlements have “no legal validity” are “flagrant violations” and are against both international law and “international humanitarian law” are not new.
However, until now, the UNSC resolutions condemning the settlements as illegal were around 35 years old. They had not been repealed, but the Oslo Agreements had intervened, Camp David II had set out a vision of Israel keeping settlement blocs and all attempts to repeat such unequivocal settlement language had been vetoed by the US.
Now those arguing that the settlement enterprise should be prosecuted as war crimes can connect the dots between the 1979-1980 resolutions, the 2004 ICJ decision and the 2016 resolution.
More critically, the 2016 resolution comes out in the middle of an ICC examination. If Bensouda wants to point to what the most current trend of thinking is regarding the settlements of international law, the resolution could be a body blow for Israel.
Still, that does not end the debate, as the ICC’s Rome Statute does include language that both direct and indirect actions of population transfer are war crimes. The late addition of “indirect” was perceived as focused on Israel’s settlements and was the reason Israel never ratified the ICC’s Rome Statute, despite being deeply involved in trying to establish the ICC.
At the end of the day, the question is whether Bensouda will decide to be the first one in history to prosecute people for building houses and laying water pipes, as opposed to being focused on genocide, mass killings and mass rape – which many conceive of as the ICC’s true purpose.
No one can know for sure, but Shany said he believes Bensouda will order a full criminal investigation. He noted that the settlement enterprise “is not just one porch sitting in Gilo” and that, along with the UNSC resolution, its immensity will be too big to ignore from its perspective.
**12/23/16 http://www.usatoday.com/story/news/2016/12/23/un-set-vote-israeli-settlement-despite-trump-intervention/95796716/  In an unprecedented diplomatic rebuke of Israel, the United States abstained Friday on a United Nations Security Council resolution demanding an end to Israeli settlements, allowing the highly charged measure to pass.
The resolution was approved 14-0 with the one abstention. The vote was greeted with loud applause in the packed Security Council chamber.
The measure demands Israel “immediately and completely cease all settlement activities in the occupied Palestinian territory, including East Jerusalem.” It declares the establishment of settlements by Israel has “no legal validity and constitutes a flagrant violation under international law.”
In abstaining, the U.S. brushed aside calls for a veto by president-elect Donald Trumpwho, in an unprecedented move, managed to delay the vote a day by weighing in with Egypt, the initial sponsor of the resolution.
In a tweet after the vote, Trump offered his reaction to the outcome: “As to the U.N., things will be different after Jan. 20th.”
U.S. Ambassador to the U.N. Samantha Power, in remarks to the council after the vote, said the U.S. position on the settlements has remained unchanged for five decades, and quoted a 1982 statement by then-President Ronald Reagan, which declared Washington “will not support the use of any additional land for the purpose of settlements.”
“The U.S. has been sending the message that the settlements must stop, privately and publicly, for five decades,” Power said.
Settlement activity, she added, “harms the viability of a negotiated two-state outcome and erodes prospects for peace and stability in the region.”
At the same time, she said, “Our vote does not in any way diminish our steadfast and unparalleled commitment to the security of Israel.” Israel, she noted, “faces very serious threats in a very tough neighborhood.”
In a statement issued by his office, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahusaid, “Israel rejects this shameful anti-Israel resolution at the U.N. and will not abide by its terms.”
“At a time when the Security Council does nothing to stop the slaughter of half a million people in Syria, it disgracefully gangs up on the one true democracy in the Middle East, Israel, and calls the Western Wall ‘occupied territory.'”
Netanyahu, whose relations with President Obama have been decidedly strained over the past eight years, said the U.S. administration “not only failed to protect Israel against this gang-up at the U.N., it colluded with it behind the scenes.”
“Israel looks forward to working with President-elect Trump and with all our friends in Congress, Republicans and Democrats alike, to negate the harmful effects of this absurd resolution,” the statement said.
The American Jewish Congress also expressed dismay with the move.
“In the strongest terms possible, the American Jewish Congress is deeply disappointed with the Obama administration for shamefully abstaining on today’s anti-Israel UN Security Council resolution,” the group said in a statement. “By the U.S. abstaining, President Obama abandoned long standing American foreign policy of vetoing one-sided resolutions against Israel at the United Nations, and in doing so, he steps away from his presidency, turning his back on the unbreakable bond with our great ally Israel.”
At the U.N., Israeli ambassador Danny Danon criticized the U.S. abstention, saying he has “no doubt” the Trump administration will usher in a new era. In remarks to the council, he said Jews have conquered many obstacles in the past, and “we will overcome this evil decree, too.”
Pro-Israel lobby AIPAC said it was “deeply disturbed” the Obama Administration declined to veto what it called a “destructive, one-sided, anti-Israel resolution.”
“By adopting this resolution, the United Nations has once again served as an open forum to isolate and delegitimize Israel — America’s lone stable, democratic ally in the Middle East,” AIPAC said in a statement.
In the past, the U.S. has vetoed a similar resolution, which Israel strongly opposes.
White House officials said the administration’s decision not to veto is consistent with its long-standing opposition to Israeli settlements, calling them an incitement to violence and an impediment to peace.
The United Nations resolution “makes clear that both Israel and the Palestinians have to take steps to preserve the two-state solution,” said Ben Rhodes, deputy national security adviser for strategic communications.
Rhodes said the U.S. had nothing to do with the U.N. resolution, and that the Obama administration has been warning Israel for years that settlements were increasing its international “isolation.”
As for Trump’s tweet, Rhodes said Obama remains in charge until Jan. 20. “There is one president at a time,” he said.
While the resolution does not call for sanctions on Israel, it amounts to a high-profile rebuke of the Israeli government and could hamper Israel’s negotiating position in future peace talks. Palestinians argue that the expansion of settlements on the disputed land makes a peace deal even less likely.
Under international law, Israeli settlements — built on Palestinian land occupied by Israel — are considered to be illegal. Some 600,000 Israelis live in east Jerusalem and on the West Bank, which the Palestinians seek as part of a future independent state. Israel captured both areas in the 1967 Mideast war.
Israel argues the final status of the territories should be determined in any future talks on Palestinian statehood.
Although Egypt withdrew the measure Thursday, co-sponsors New Zealand, Malaysia, Venezuela and Senegal requested the vote take place Friday. To pass, it needed nine “aye” votes and no veto from a permanent council member — the United States, France, Russia, Britain or China.
**10/09/16 https://sputniknews.com/military/20161009/1046159504/us-russia-war-killer-weapons.html A leading think tank founded by the godfather of neoconservatism Irving Kristol, father of Iraq War architect Bill Kristol, gets hot and heavy in a recent publication talking about the top ten “killer weapons” in the war hawks next project – war against Russia. In a publication by the Center for the National Interest, a leading US war hawk think tank, the staff of their editorial pages laid out their belief that a war against Russia is increasingly inevitable and began to game plan what weapons would ultimately kill the most people in such an ensuing combat in one of the most grotesque examples of warmongering in recent memory.
“Between the never ending conflict in Ukraine, the crisis in Syria and now allegations that Russia has engaged in cyber hacking against America, relations between Moscow and Washington have reached a low not seen since the darkest days of the Cold War,” said The National Interest, the think tank’s glossy magazine.
In predicting the possibility for “some sort of open conflict,” the publication is careful to denounce the idea that they are openly advocating for some sort of military incursion in what reads like a wink and a nod – “While no one certainly dares wish for such an eventuality, taking stock of America and Russia’s military assets (in a magazine and online publication available for the public?) is important,” reads the editorial.  the $2 trillion F-35,
**10/03/16 http://nypost.com/2016/10/03/isis-leader-al-baghdadi-may-have-been-poisoned/ The Pentagon is investigating whether ISIS kingpinAbu Bakr al-Baghdadi was poisoned during a lunchtime feast — causing him to fall seriously ill.
The ISIS leader and three commanders were eating in the small town of Be’aj, Iraq, when all four suffered “severe poisoning” and had to be “transferred to an unknown location under strict measures,” the Iraqi news agency WAA said.
The barbaric terror group, also known as ISIL and Daesh, has launched a full-scale investigation to find the culprits, according to WAA.
Pentagon spokesman and Navy Capt. Jeff Davis told The Post that he is “aware of the reports, but we have no information to corroborate [them].”
“Suffice it to say we always have great interest in the whereabouts and condition of the leader of ISIL,” Davis added when asked if the US military was looking into the matter.
Over recent years, Baghdadi has risen to the top of the extremist world, becoming the most feared jihadi leader since Osama bin Laden.
The US government has put a $7 million bounty on his head.
Since 2013, his network of savage killers has taken over large swaths of Syria and Iraq, ruling small towns and large cities with an iron-fist under Sharia law.
Baghdadi also has sent his military-trained soldiers to Western nations to carry out numerous deadly attacks, while encouraging lone wolves through social media to commit similar acts of bloodshed.
Scores of innocent people have been slaughtered in the attacks across Europe and America.
The radical cleric also allegedly participated in the rape and torture of Kayla Mueller, a 26-year-old Arizona resident, who was kidnapped in Syria while working as a humanitarian aid. She was killed last February in a Jordanian airstrike on ISIS.
In 2004, Baghdadi was captured in the city of Fallujah by American soldiers during the US invasion of Iraq.
After spending several years as a US prisoner at Camp Bucca in southern Iraq, Baghdadi was released and subsequently took the reins as leader of ISIS in 2010.
There have previously been unverified reports that Baghdadi was either wounded or killed by US-coalition airstrikes.
Meanwhile, Iraqi jets leveled a radio station used by the ISIS.
Broadcasting abruptly stopped on Sunday at the Al-Bayan radio station, NBC News reported.
The station was “one of the strongest” propaganda tools used by the terror group, a spokesman at Iraq’s Joint Operation Command told NBC.
“They used to broadcast Islamic anthems that encouraged people to join them,” the spokesman said.
The station encouraged listeners “to stand against the government and encouraged people to be terrorists under the name of jihad,” he added.
**9/27/16 http://www.israelnationalnews.com/News/News.aspx/218401 As tensions between the two world powers escalate, experts say the Russians are ‘going all out’ in Aleppo to make US accept its demands. Russia has decided to throw its military might behind the Syrian regime’s drive to recapture divided Aleppo in a bid to strong-arm Washington into accepting Moscow’s demands, analysts say.
After a short-lived truce collapsed, Russian warplanes have joined Syrian aerial and artillery bombardment of the rebel-held east of the city, pounding it with unprecedented ferocity.
“Negotiations with the Americans were just a smokescreen in order to buy time and prepare for the next phase of military operations,” said Thomas Pierret, a Syria expert at the University of Edinburgh. “Assad can’t do anything without Moscow, and Russia, in turn, knows that without Assad it will be chased from the Middle East,” said Alexei Malachenko, a Russian Middle East specialist.
“It’s a friendship of necessity.”
**9/22/16 http://www.timesofisrael.com/rouhani-blames-zionists-for-us-violations-of-nuclear-deal/ Agreement with world powers ‘confirms’ peaceful nature of Islamic republic’s nuclear program, Iranian president tells UN General Assembly.
Iranian President Hassan Rouhani on Thursday accused Israel of afflicting the Palestinians with a “web of apartheid policies and atrocities” and accused “Zionist pressure groups” of manipulating the American government into violating the nuclear deal with Tehran.
The Iranian president also claimed the nuclear deal struck last year with the US and other world powers was proof of the peaceful nature of the Islamic republic’s nuclear program.
Most of Rouhani’s speech didn’t deal with the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, and instead focused on the instability in the Middle East, particularly the Islamic State group. He accused the US and other world powers of creating the “borderless violent extremism and terrorism” afflicting the Middle East. He assigned particular blame to the Saudi government and United States.
“Undoubtedly, if the region is to reverse the current dangerous trend into one towards development and stability, certain countries must stop bombing their neighbors, and abandon supporting takfiri terrorist groups; and, while accepting responsibility, try to compensate for past mistakes,” Rouhani said. “If the Saudi government is serious about its vision for development and regional security, it must cease and desist from divisive policies, spread of hate ideology, and trampling upon the rights of neighbors, accept its responsibility for the protection of the lives and dignity of pilgrims and construct its relations with the nations in the region on the basis of mutual respect and accountability.”
He also denounced the bloodshed in Syria, Iraq and Yemen. Iran is a key backer of Syrian President Bashar Assad and is accused of backing separatist rebels in Yemen’s civil war.
Concerning the nuclear deal reached last summer with world powers, the Iranian president said it “confirmed the peaceful nature of Iran’s nuclear program” and “reinstat[ed] Iran’s right to develop a peaceful nuclear program.”
Rouhani warned that “any failure on the part of the United States in implementing it would constitute an international wrongful act and would be objected to by the international community.
“Any failure in implementing the JCPOA (Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action) will further erode the credibility of the United States in the world,” he charged, accusing the US of failing to comply with the deal in the past few months, and citing “the US Supreme Court ruling to seize billions of dollars of the Iranian people’s assets.”
“This experience demonstrated that the Zionist pressure groups could go as far as having US Congress pass indefensible legislations [sic] forcing the highest American judicial institution to violate peremptory norms of international law,” he said.
**9/16/16 http://www.jpost.com/Middle-East/Saudi-prince-warns-Iran-against-using-force-to-pursue-rivalry-467795 DUBAI – A senior Saudi official, responding to Iranian criticism of Riyadh’s management of the haj pilgrimage, urged Iran to end what he called wrong attitudes towards Arabs and warned it against any use of force in its rivalry with the kingdom.
Mecca province governor Prince Khaled al-Faisal, in remarks likely to be seen as a reference to Iran, added that the orderly conduct of the pilgrimage this year “is a response to all the lies and slanders made against the kingdom.”
The remarks carried by thef official Saudi Press Agency (SPA) on Wednesday evening follow an escalating war of words between Shi’ite Muslim Iran and Sunni Saudi Arabia since a crush at the annual haj pilgrimage a year ago in which hundreds of pilgrims, many of them Iranians, died.
SPA quoted Prince Khaled as telling journalists his message to the Iranian leadership was “I pray to God Almighty to guide them and to deter them from their transgression and their wrong attitudes toward their fellow Muslim among the Arabs in Iraq, Syria, Yemen and around the world”.
“But if they are preparing an army to invade us, we are not easily taken by someone who would make war on us.”

**8/7/16 http://sputniknews.com/news/20160808/1044039812/turkey-incirlik-nato-erdogan-nukes.html Deputy Chairman of the Center-Left Republican People’s Party (CHP) Namik Havutca argues that the base that stores 90 US tactical nuclear weapons “makes enemies of friendly countries and poses a threat to Turkey’s internal stability.
In the wake of the failed attempt to overthrow the Erdogan government on July 15 and the ensuing purge that has led to over 18,000 military servicemen and judges being rounded up and imprisoned on charges of treason, yet another Turkish leader has stepped forward calling on the country to step back from its alliance with NATO forces who top Erdogan regime officials accuse of being complicit in the botched coup.
The Deputy Chairman of Turkey’s Center-Left Republican People’s Party has called for the immediate eviction of all foreign aircraft, tools and materials from the country and said that Incirlik Air Base should be shuttered.
“Incirlik Air Base has added nothing but instability and fragmentation to Turkey and the region,” said Havutca. The lawmaker went on to say that the NATO base failed to stand by the Turkish people at a time when their blood was being spilled and the nation was in tears.
The agitation of the Turkish people also comes amid numerous claims by the Erdogan regime that the CIA, FBI, and a top US General John F. Campbell were all really the masterminds of the coup whereas the regime’s nemesis-in-chief Fethullah Gulen was called nothing but a “pawn” by the Turkish President.

There’s no question this is going to set back and make more difficult cooperation with the Turks.”  Erdogan, for his part, speaking in Istanbul, complained: “Some countries which should be praising Turkey for putting down coup, but are instead standing by plotters.”

“I have never recognized any power above the will of the people”,” he added.
Earlier, Turkish Prime Minister Binali Yildirim said a group within Turkey’s military has attempted to overthrow the government and security forces have been called in to “do what is necessary”.
**Today – **5/10/16 http://www.wnd.com/2016/05/3281334/ Russia is preparing to test-fire a nuclear weapon which is so powerful it could reportedly destroy a whole country in seconds.
The “Satan 2” missile is rumoured to be the most powerful ever designed and is equipped with stealth technology to help it dodge enemy radar systems .
This terrifying doomsday weapon is likely to strike fear into the hearts of Western military chiefs, as current missile defence technology is totally incapable of stopping it.
Its official name is the RS-28 Sarmat and it will replace aging Soviet R-36M missiles, which NATO military experts nicknamed “Satan”.
“In this sense, the Sarmat missile will not only become the R-36M’s successor, but also to some extent it will determine in which direction nuclear deterrence in the world will develop,” the Russian news network Zvezda reported .
The missile is expected to be capable of delivering up to a dozen warheads, allowing to effectively destroy an area the “size of Texas or France”, the broadcaster continued.
It is expected to have a range of 10,000 km, allowing Moscow to attack European cities including London as well as major cities on America’s west and east coasts. http://www.mirror.co.uk/science/apocalypse-way-scientists-fear-asteroids-7850630 Apocalypse on the way? **Today – 5/9/16 http://www.israelnationalnews.com/News/News.aspx/211958#.VzC42PkrKhc France has announced a peace initiative, as part of which an international summit has been announced for May 30, in which ministers from 20 countries will prepare an international summit in the second half of 2016, which would include Israeli and PA leaders.
Back in January the French initiative was announced, and Paris threatened to unilaterally recognize the “state of Palestine” if the talks failed. But the new French Foreign Minister Jean-Marc Ayrault backtracked on the threat in March, saying France would not “automatically” recognize a Palestinian state if its initiative fails.
In light of the French attempt to pressure Israel, the PA recently announced that its push for a UN resolution demanding an end to “Israeli settlement expansion” will be put on hold in order to focus instead on the French proposal.
But Israel has rejected the initiative, saying it “adheres to its position that the best way to a solution of the conflict between Israel and the Palestinians is direct bilateral negotiations.”
** Today – Israel surrounded by their enemies! 4/18/16 http://www.israelnationalnews.com/News/News.aspx/211083#.VxWb2DArKhc The United States does not consider the Golan Heights to be a part of Israel, State Department spokesperson John Kirby stressed on Monday, a day after Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu vowed the Golan Heights “will forever remain under Israeli sovereignty.”
“The U.S. position on the issue is unchanged,” Kirby told reporters during a daily briefing at the State Department in Washington, according to Haaretz.
“This position was maintained by both Democratic and Republican administrations. Those territories are not part of Israel and the status of those territories should be determined through negotiations. The current situation in Syria does not allow this,” he added.
Following Netanyahu’s declaration, Syria quickly responded by condemning it and pledging to “take back the Golan” with the help of the United Nations.
Also on Monday, Arab League chief Nabil al-Arabi denounced Netanyahu’s remarks as an “escalation”. Arabi, the secretary general of the pan-Arab bloc headquartered in Cairo, said Netanyahu’s statement “was an new escalation that represents a brazen violation of international law.”

UAE – Dubai  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dubai  Dubai (/dˈb/ doo-BYArabic: دبيّ‎ Dubayy, IPA: [dʊˈbæj]) is a city in the United Arab Emirates, located within the emirate of the same name. The emirate of Dubai is located on the southeast coast of the Persian Gulf and is one of the seven emirates that make up the country. It has the largest population in the UAE (2,106,177) and the second-largest land territory (4,114 km2) after the capital, Abu Dhabi.[4] Abu Dhabi and Dubai are the only two emirates to have veto power over critical matters of national importance in the country’s legislature.[5] The city of Dubai is located on the emirate’s northern coastline and heads up the Dubai-Sharjah-Ajman metropolitan area. Dubai is often misperceived as a country or city-state and, in some cases, the UAE as a whole has been described as ‘Dubai’

Abu Dhabi houses important offices of the federal government, and is the seat for the UAE (United Arab Emirates Government) and the home for the Abu Dhabi Emiri Family and the President of the UAE from this family. Abu Dhabi has grown to be a cosmopolitan metropolis. Its rapid development and urbanisation, coupled with the relatively high average income of its population, has transformed Abu Dhabi to a larger and advanced metropolis. Today the city is the country’s center of politicalindustrial activities, and a major cultural, and commercial centre due to its position as the capital. Abu Dhabi alone generated 56.7% of the GDP of the United Arab Emirates in 2008.

The country has since been an absolute monarchy governed along Islamic lines, namely under the influence of Wahhabism.[13] Saudi Arabia is sometimes called “the Land of the Two Holy Mosques” in reference to Al-Masjid al-Haram (inMecca), and Al-Masjid an-Nabawi (in Medina), the two holiest places in Islam.

Fishing was an important business before the oil boom. The city also has an international airport, with service into Baghdad with Iraqi Airways—the national airline.

Qatar – Since 1995, Emir Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani has ruled Qatar, seizing control of the country from his father Khalifa bin Hamad Al Thani while the latter vacationed in Switzerland. Under Emir Hamad, Qatar has experienced a notable amount of sociopolitical liberalization, including the endorsement of women’s suffrage or right to vote, drafting a new constitution, and the launch of Al Jazeera, a leading English and Arabic news source which operates a website and satellite television news channel. The International Monetary Fund states that Qatar has the highest GDP per capita in the world, followed by Luxembourg. America –  is not mentioned in the Bible. It would be reasonable to assume then America has no role in the ‘last days’ playing out. According to scripture (Rev 17:16,17): And the ten horns which thou sawest upon the beast, these shall hate the whore (the whore is Babylon – Is it America?), and shall make her desolate and naked, and shall eat her flesh, and burn her with fire.
For God hath put in their hearts to fulfil his will, and to agree, and give their kingdom unto the beast, until the words of God shall be fulfilled.

But this bloodless phrase sounded like a technical problem, a minor defect that could be remedied as the EU grew “broader” (adding more members) and “deeper” (closer political integration). In fact, however, the democratic deficit increased over time, growing less and less tolerable for Brits who had always been suspicious of schemes for European continental unity.

It also calls for a peace deal within 12 months, “ending Israeli occupation” by the end of 2017. Neither Britain nor the United States would need to use their vetoes! 1/29/15  The French have offered this resolution, “responsibility not to veto” (RN2V) that would apply in situations of mass atrocities.
Since the UN High Level Event that endorsed R2P in 2005, the United States has used the veto three times with reference to Israel and the Occupied Territories. In all likelihood, it will feel the need to do so in the future. despite unanimous endorsement by all UN member states of their individual and collective responsibility to protect (R2P) all people from crimes against humanity. Since 2011, Russia and China have cast four vetoes to block international action in Syria, where more than 200,000 have been killed since the conflict began. Wednesday in Paris, French Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius repeated [in French] France’s determination to overcome this paralysis by establishing a new international norm to accompany R2P: a “responsibility not to veto” (RN2V) that would apply in situations of mass atrocities. The French proposal includes a trigger—a request by some subset of UN member states (perhaps fifty) to the secretary-general that (s)he (namely the PA and friends) determine whether atrocities are being committed. It also includes an important caveat—and potential Achilles heel: P5 members can still use a veto when they perceive a “vital national interest” at stake. http://www.defenseone.com/politics/2015/01/how-un-members-want-bypass-security-council-veto/103608/?oref=d-channelriver
